Lindsay Broadband offers solutions to support LTE / 4G / 5G / CBRS wireless transmissions.
Lindsay’s LBSC-Ax series of devices are small form-factor, local area LTE FDD or LTE TDD small cells. By default, they support a single cell capable of providing up to 100 mW (FDD)/ 250 mW (TDD) RF power per antenna port. They are intended for deployment in enterprise, public urban, and suburban scenarios. Typically, in these locations, a planned inside-out/outside-in deployment of small cells will complement macro coverage adding significantly to network capacity. This is accomplished by offloading the macro, and increasing the available coverage in the enterprises, venues, shopping centers, urban hotspots, etc., or as a single-layer ultra-dense small cell only network. Alternatively, they can also be deployed for fixed wireless access deployments in urban/suburban and in remote and rural scenarios.
Lindsay’s LBSC-A3 device is a small form-factor, CBRS (Citizens Broadband Radio Service) small cell, supporting by default a single cell capable of providing up to 200 mW RF power per antenna port. It can be deployed similarly to the LBSC-Ax devices with appropriate antennas.
A one-box, strand-mounted DOCSIS® 3.1 small cell solution is also available (LBSCS-Ax-Ex series). This device is a complete, small cell station for LTE deployments over HFC networks with DOCSIS backhaul. It is intended for deployments in enterprise, public urban, and suburban scenarios to complement macro coverage with additional focused capacity, or as a single layer, ultra-dense, small cell-only network.
