In accordance with FCC policy on human exposure to radio frequency electromagnetic fields, Lindsay’s LHT100-RS permits service technicians and installation crews to power down the radio at a safe distance. The LHT100-RS is designed to input up to 10 A from the HFC network via a power passing tap. The LHT100-RS will then pass 10 A to the device. The switch comes in an IP68 aluminum housing to be installed in the HFC environment with strand, wall, pole, vault or pedestal mounting options.
