Lindsay Broadband’s FTTM-UPS-10 is a large, indoor/outdoor, optical node enclosure with a Valve-Regulated Lead-Acid (VRLA) uninterruptible power supply (UPS) backup power system. This FTTM (Fiber to the MDU) UPS is designed to continue to deliver regulated, low noise power to Lindsay’s 1.2 GHz LBVM920 optical node during AC power failures.
The UPS features 17 Ah hours of battery backup with zero millisecond power transfer time, output overload and battery discharge protection.
Lindsay’s LBVM920 node features a 1218 MHz bandwidth, high RF output level up to 50 dBmV at 1218 MHz, 85/102 MHz split, and Automatic Gain Control (AGC). It also provides a wide selection of return lasers, including CWDM wavelengths as an option to overcome fiber limitations in a network for 2-way services.
The housing is a C/UL listed, lockable, polycarbonate enclosure.
