Lindsay Broadband’s LRSA1510-x-UPS-I series are indoor, subscriber RF drop amplifier enclosures with a lithium-ion technology-based, standby uninterruptible power supply (UPS) backup power system. The UPS is designed to continue to deliver regulated, low noise power to Lindsay’s LRSA1510 subscriber RF drop amplifiers during AC power failures.
The UPS features up to 8 hours of battery backup, battery charging and safety management, charge/discharge monitoring, overvoltage, overload and short circuit protection, as well as input overvoltage, surge and reverse polarity protection. It also has zero millisecond power transfer time, microprocessor-controlled operation, manual ON/OFF control, and LEDs that provide status, as well as visual fault indications. If the battery has been depleted, the LBP-UPS-F device incorporates a dual last gasp, 8-minute and 1-minute power delivery system to maintain all reliability.
Lindsay’s LRSA1510 extreme bandwidth subscriber RF drop amplifiers are 2-way 1.2 GHz devices supporting DOCSIS® 3.1 frequencies, with available upstream and downstream splits of 42/54, 85/102 and 204/258 MHz. Customers with long drops and excessive splitter losses benefit from advanced Gallium Arsenide (GaAs) technology delivering improved distortion and noise performances. These amplifiers offer 6 kV surge withstand capabilities for enhanced system reliability.
The housing is a C/UL listed, lockable, polypropylene enclosure.
