Lindsay Broadband’s LBODG-ACC-METRO series of devices leverage the hybrid fiber coax (HFC) network to provide power and backhaul for small cell radios. One heavy gauge cable is used to deliver power to the devices. A total of up to 250 W is supported. The integrated network interface device (NID) provides the operator with up-to-date status monitoring on backhaul reliability via SLA. The LBODG-ACC-METRO series use a standards-based DOCSIS® 3.0/3.1 cable modem that is completely under the control of the cable operator through the cable modem termination system (CMTS) used in conjunction with SNMP monitoring.
