Lindsay Broadband’s LBDG-250-DC utilizes the hybrid fiber coax (HFC) to power and backhaul IP-based small cell radios. The gateway can be connected to the HFC network through a power passing coupler or splitter. One heavy gauge cable is used to deliver power to the device. A total of up to 250 W is supported. The cable modem is configured in the standard fashion using DOCSIS® provisioning software.
